Dashmoola (Group of Ten Roots)
A classical Ayurvedic formulation of five roots from large trees (Brihat Panchamoola) and five from small shrubs (Laghu Panchamoola), traditionally used for calming Vata and inflammation.

Karma: Vataghna, Tvachya (good for skin), Balya, Srotoshodhaka (clears channels)
Action: Sesame oil penetrates deep into tissues, carrying the herbs into muscles and joints, softening tissues, nourishing the skin, and pacifying Vata.
Bala (Sida cordifolia)
Rasa: Madhura (Sweet)

Action: Strengthens nerves and muscles, promotes stability, and alleviates postpartum weakness and nervous exhaustion.
