Description

Dashmool Kwath:

Dashamoola kwatha is a classical Ayurvedic decoction prepared from ten potent roots known for their deep Vata-pacifying, anti-inflammatory, and restorative actions. Widely used in postpartum care, musculoskeletal disorders, and general weakness, it forms a crucial part of traditional Sutika Paricharya (post-delivery regimen).

By working on Snayu (ligaments), Asthi (bones), and Majja (nerves), dashamoola kwatha promotes holistic repair, relieves discomfort, and nourishes the inner strength that childbirth and physical strain often diminish. Please consult our vaidyas for more information.

How to Use

Preparation: Boil 5–10 grams (approx. 1 tablespoon) of Dashmool Kwath in 200 ml of water. Reduce to 50 ml and consume warm.

Dosage: Once or twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach or as advised by your Ayurvedic physician

Optional: Add a few drops of ghee or mix with honey post-cooling for enhanced Rasayana effect (only if advised)
