We do offer replacements or refunds under the following circumstances:

Breakage during transit

Leakage or spillage of product upon arrival

Tampered packaging or expired items received

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share the following:

Order number

Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or initiate a refund, as appropriate.
Note:

Refunds/replacements will not be issued for complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery.

Products must remain unopened and unused in all valid cases of return.
